Since joining Kilcawley Construction’s Accounts Department in 1984, Anne has become an integral part of the Kilcawley Construction team. In the mid 1990’s Anne became a member of management and in 2007 she joined the Board of Directors, overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial and management reporting and budgeting function. Anne prepares regular general and project specific cash flow forecasts to enable us to successfully manage and complete projects. These forecasts also ensure excellent creditor and subcontractor relations by ensuring that all payments are made on time while further ensuring that we maintain an exceptional credit rating.
Anne also manages the annual audit and liaises with the external auditor. Anne establishes and maintains excellent relations with all our clients for the project duration and ensures that all relevant records are available to the client.
