Consists of two Separate Extensions to the existing Wineport Lodge Hotel to facilitate the addition of a Spa & Wellness Facility including Infinity Pool and also two additional Bedrooms. Also Façade Upgrades to lakeside elevations consisting of extended balconies with glazed balustrades.

Working in and around a live and operational hotel where consideration for hotel occupants and events had to be taken into account in relation to noise at certain times and keeping working area presentable at all times. This was achieved through weekly meetings between Kilcawley Construction and Wineport Lodge where upcoming works on site and upcoming events/occupancies in hotel were discussed so as to avoid and/or reduce any impact of works on the hotel patrons.
