Refurbishment of existing offices, complete refurbishment of reception areas, welfare facilities, public liaison areas, and office areas. The works were in multi user office block, co-ordination with all the stakeholders and the general public was a key consideration. Safe access and egress was maintained at all times. Noise and dust were monitored at all times to minimise disruption to all tenants.
