Description

The project consisted of the refurbishment of an existing 5 storey split level office building (circa 3000m2) beginning with strip out works. Refurbishment works internally included the provision of a complete new electrical and mechanical fit out incl air conditioning, construction of 2Nr. new liftshafts incl. piling works for same, new internal partitions and ceilings, glazed office partitions and specialist internal joinery. External works included roofing works, new curtain walling elements, façade upgrade with tegral cladding to reveals and feature walls, external signage, provision of an external paved terrace and main entrance works.
