Kilcawley Construction is proud to have delivered the new 3,258m² headquarters for Kilsaran in Piercetown—an ambitious redevelopment that sets a new benchmark for Irish commercial construction.
Designed by ABK Architects, the new facility brings together Kilsaran’s administrative teams in a modern, wellbeing-focused work environment. A striking double-height reception space serves as a central hub, connecting open-plan offices, collaboration zones, flexible hot-desk areas, and landscaped courtyards—fostering productivity and a strong sense of community.
The building is a live showcase of Kilsaran’s own materials and innovation, with architectural precast structures, façades and advanced paving solutions integrated throughout. Early contractor involvement, digital delivery, and lean planning helped ensure completion of this new Headquarters.
Sustainability was central to the project. Through careful material sourcing and selection of low-carbon systems, the team reduced emissions while maintaining premium quality and performance.
