Ennistymon Educational Campus
Phase 1 of the project, which involves the construction of the new secondary school and the ancillary site works, commenced during September 2021.
Currently the concrete frame is being progressed with approx. 50% of the 2nd Floor slab completed, and rising columns and walls from 2nd Floor to the roof currently being progressed and blockwork about to commence in the Ground and 1st floors. The Structural Steel Frame for the Sports Hall is erected and blockwork is about to commence.
Works to the retaining walls to the entrance road are being progressed and incoming services (ESB, EIR, Water, and Drainage) are being prepared for final connections when restriction on works on Lahinch Road are lifted in September
Enabling works to boundaries with the temporary school accommodation are being progressed in advance of the reopening of the school at the end of August.
