Kilcawley Construction celebrated 90 years in Business in Farnham Estate Cavan on the 16th of November. All staff members attended with their partners. The Kilsaran HQ Project is nearing completion and is due for handover mid-November.  The internal finishing touches are on-going with the carpets being installed and the final finishes nearing completion.  This new Head Quarters has some amazing details and finishes, the DT have used the client’s products and others to create some amazing internal spaces.

We are nearing the halfway point of this project which involves a deep retrofit and improvement works to 133 homes in Cranmore including extensive upgrading of siteworks. We have completed and handed back 30-houese and have a further 32 in our possession which are currently under construction.  Completed houses are being handed back to Sligo

Kilcawley Construction were in attendance at the  University of Galway Campus on Wednesday 25th September,  for the Graduate Jobs Fair. The event was held in Bailey Allen Hall. Works are progressing well and in line with the programme. The CT Scanner Machine was delivered to site at the end of last week and the Scanner is currently being commissioned. The new CT Scanner is due to go into use at the end of October which will ensure that the medical staff and patients

The Post Primary School was handed over in March 2024. The Client has expressed their satisfaction with the school and the quality of the finish. The Primary School is now under construction with the Superstructure works and main site drainage works currently in progress.
