Kilcawley Construction have commenced work on the construction of a new high specification residential building with basement car parking.

The €5m project is to be complete in 46 weeks.

Enabling works include the demolition of existing buildings on site and strengthening works to adjacent buildings

The new building has a basement area which covers the site footprint. Excavation works will be up to 6 metres deep with a contiguous piled wall detail to the perimeter of the site.

There will be 9 new apartments in the development, which is 4 storeys over the basement. The external façade will be finished to a high standard with a combination of brickwork, stone cladding, curtain walling, zinc cladding and glazed balconies.

Internally a lift will service all the apartments. Internal finishes will be a very high specification to include stone flooring, oak flooring, oak joinery, high quality tiles, smart technology systems, high specification fit-out to include fitted kitchens, appliances, fireplaces, feature lighting and high quality sanitary fittings.
