The project consisted of the demolition of existing buildings along New Street to accommodate the construction of new three storey reinforced in situ concrete frame building, fronting New Street comprising of twenty one apartments and four commercial units at ground floor level. The rear of the site comprised twelve town houses ranging from duplex units to three bed town houses. The works also involved provision of ESB Substation and all associated works.
