The project comprised of the demolition of the rear single storey Annex Buildings and the construction of two storey extension.
The work also involved the total refurbishment of the existing lake side fishing lodge built circa 1840s (Protected Structure). The refurbishment consisted of considerable restoration of sash window, roof, external elevations and full restoration of all internal features to include the original stair case and wine cellar.
The completed project incorporated living accommodation for the Zardsky family and Guest Residence.
