The project consisted of the construction of a new extension to the existing leisure centre, to incorporate treatment rooms, spa, relaxation centre, changing rooms, extensive renovations and alteration to the existing swimming pool , associated plant rooms and mechanical installation. The external works consisted of 4No. all weather playing pitches flood lit, adventure play area, new ESB Substation and car parking.
