The Kempton Entertainment Centre project consisted of the total refurbishment of the old Sligo Stone Brewery Building and the construction of new two storey extension. The refurbishment of existing stone brewery required complete strip out of all existing mezzanine floors, partitions walls and replacing with reinforced insitu three storey structure and concrete floors complete with reinforced concrete lift shafts and stair cores whilst retaining all the existing stone facades.
The Kempton Promenade Entertainment Centre is located city centre in the midst of all commercial activity and the clients continued trading at all times during the construction process.
