The Cineplex comprises of 4 screen cinema, public entrance foyer, café paradise and a mezzanine floor level to accommodate cyber café and control rooms. The Cineplex is located along the river Shannon. The foundation required deep piled rock anchor system. The external elevations construction required palette of building materials to include coloured masonry block work, coloured render, architectural panels and stone cladding.
