The project comprised of the construction of a new day care centre comprising of 59 bed spaces with assisted bathrooms and showers. The accommodations also includes dinning rooms, dayrooms and staff facilities. The works also required the full restoration of st Pappins church built early 18th century to include the original vaulted ceilings, stain glass windows, roofs, stonework and the installation of new mezzanine floor to provide day centre and recreation rooms.
