The Project consisted of the construction of a steel framed cladded three floor building with an adjoining single storey warehouse. The ground floor comprises utility areas, office accommodation, garbing rooms and final inspection area.
The first floor comprises state of the art visible (glazed system) class 100,000 clean rooms where the fill and finish process occur. The second floor comprises of plant rooms and IT room. The warehouse block includes cold rooms for product storage and a raw material dispensing area.
The key features of the building include Kingspan architectural panelling, levlox lourve system, curtain walling and full height glass to feature stair core.
