Bioniche Pharma Fit-out and New Extension and Clean Room Facility

The project scope consisted of the fit-out of  the existing fallow area to provide a new clean room suite, containment suite, tabulating suite, filling and packaging suite, research and development suite, quality control laboratory, office and warehouse space. The works also involved the construction of mezzanine floors within the existing facility to accommodate the plant rooms for the facility.

The key feature of the project was the level of interface with the client’s day to day operation on the facility. This was managed with a high degree of co-ordination and co-operation with site management team and the plant management.
