The development consisted of the construction of a new two storey extension at the existing facility to provide testing laboratories R& D Suites, quality control laboratory, fill suites, clean rooms, and canteen and staff facilities; whilst the first floor accommodated offices, board rooms, meeting rooms and wash rooms.
The works also involved the total strip out of large area of the existing facility. The works then involved the installation of new first floor to accommodate plant rooms for the new facility. The ground floor was refurbished to form clean rooms and manufacturing suites, solution prep rooms, kit pack, staging areas, instrument testing labs, chromatography, fill suites and freezer rooms.
