The project consisted of the construction of a new entrance foyer, reception area and first floor board room. The works also involved the refurbishment of existing classrooms, toilets, canteen facilities and full upgrade of the electrical and mechanical services and wheel chair access. The client had full occupancy of the building during the construction process.
