The project consisted of the construction of a three storey reinforced concrete frame structure, which accommodates college library, lecture theatres, lecture rooms, administration block and the main college concourse.
The key feature of the building is the glazed atrium and three storeys full height glazed entrance foyer with feature stairs accessing first floor concourse. Other features of the building include large stone clad elevations with flush curtain walling, coloured render and featured architectural panelling.
