The project comprised the construction of a steel frame cladded, part three storey with an adjoining high bay warehouse. The ground floor consists of office space and utility spaces for future development. The first and second floors are manufacturing space and plant rooms.
The key feature of the building is that the design allowed a high degree of flexibility, to make changes /additions to the footprint at minimal cost and disruption.
