Kilcawley Construction was awarded the contract to construct a new parish centre for St Joseph’s Church, Sligo in December 2010. Works commenced on the 21st February 2011. The works when completed will provide the church and parish with an Oratory, offices and meeting room. The high specification finish on this project includes a dry stone cladding to the external wall, exposed roof structure, zinc roof, stone paving to internal floors and stained glass windows.
The project will also involve extensive site works to provide new car park facilities, paving, landscaping, storm water attenuation and site lighting. The project will be carried out over two phases to minimize impact the church and parishioners.
