M&E Co-Ordinator

Based out of our Sligo Office and Dublin Office

  • To liase with design teams and MEP sub-contractors.
  • Organise and chair weekly co-ordination meetings with the MEP sub-contractors and design teams.
  • Ensure MEP sub-contractors produce the following documents: Coordianted MEP drawings/ Procurement schedules/ Program Progress reports/ Requests for information.
  • Track the progress of the MEP sub-contractors against the main programme and report any variances to the Contracts Manager.
  • Liaise with the utility suppliers to arrange for power, gas and telco connections.
  • Provide project team with up to date information on current MEP developments.
  • Carry out site inspections of the MEP works to ensure the installation conforms to the relevant standards.
  • Regularly check the installation against the MEP specification and drawings.
  • Report any non-conformity to the project team and MEP contractors.
  • Coordinate the production of the following documents at practical completion: As built drawings & O&M manuals.
  • Coordinate training for the client with the MEP contractors at practical completion.
  • Be aware of their legal, practical and regulatory responsibilities, and have a detailed understanding of Health and Safety.
  • In conjunction with the Health & Safety Department, ensure that MEP sub-contractors submit a safety statement and site specific method statement before works commence.
  • Check and confirm adequacy of provisions within the site specific method statements relating to MEP works on site i.e., working with live electrical services, site deliveries etc and co-ordinate these works on site.
  • Assist the Health & Safety Department in the collation of the project's safety file.

Contracts Manager Dublin Based

Reporting to the Construction Director the role involves the management of a number of construction teams and responsibility for the delivery of a number of high profile projects in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, education and fit out sector. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for Programme Delivery / Health and Safety / Quality & Client/Design team relationship

 Requirements

  • Educated to degree level construction/ engineering related subject essential.
  • Held a similar contracts manager or senior project manager role.
  • 10 Years+ management experience on a variety of projects in pharmaceutical, healthcare and commercial works.
  • Experience in dealing with the integration of Health & Safety legislation into various types of Construction Projects in conjunction with our internal Health & Safety department.
  • Fully conversant in the various type construction contracts in use in Ireland.

Site Engineers Dublin and Midlands

Reporting to the Project Manager, the role involves setting out, co-ordinating the construction details, implementing the quality control standards and the preparation of various Reports for the Project.

 Requirements

  • Educated to degree level construction/ engineering related subject essential.
  • 5 Years+ site experience on commercial projects.
  • Fully conversant in the use of the latest robotic total stations.
  • Fully Conversant in BCAR and ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Strong awareness of Health and Safety legislation, ISO:18001 and Safe T systems.
