Townparks Estate, Navan

Following a highly competitive dual-stage restricted tendering procedure, Meath County Council have selected Kilcawley Construction to carry out the remedial works scheme at Townparks, Navan.

The work consists of the demolition of 9 two-storey houses, construction of 21 new houses, construction of a community resource building, complete refurbishment of 42 existing tenanted houses, refurbishment of external finishes (i.e new fascias, gutters, rainwater pipes, new boundary walls, etc) to 50 existing owner-occupied houses and general upgrading of all roads, footpaths, services, front garden and rear garden walls.

The project will be phased over a 28-month program.
