St. Michaels Road Longford

Kilcawley Construction recently signed contracts for the urban regeneration of St Michael’s Rd, Longford for Cluid Housing Association. The €5M project involves the demolition of exiting houses and construction of 39nr modern units that will provide local residents with state of the art and energy efficient homes. A large part of the works also involve the regeneration of St Michaels Rd and Annaly Gardens this works involves new site services, landscaping, paving, cycle tracks, site lighting etc. The finished project will be a new focal point in the local area. Works commenced June 2011 and forecast to complete June 2012.
