The Project comprises completion works to an existing private residential development.
Kilcawley Construction are engaged as Main Contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage on the Project.
The scope of works been carried out on the Project are:
- Completion of works to houses to include joinery, floor and wall tiling, wooden floors, fitted kitchens, painting, plumbing and heating installation, electrical installation, fireplaces and carpets
- Fit out of houses to showhouse completion standard
- Completion of landscaping works to development
- Completion of precast paving works to development
- Completion of external works to houses
- External painting to houses
The project is been completed involving close liaison with the Project Architect and the Client’s Interior Designer within a live occupied residential estate
