Kilcawley Construction have been selected to complete the construction works at Scoil Mhuire, Strokestown, County Roscommon.
This project comprises the construction of a two-storey extension (1600m2) to the existing post-primary school containing classrooms, laboratories, workshops and ancillary accommodation. A separate detached PE Hall (850m2), external games area / surfaces and ancillary accommodation, site works and services will also be provided. Works also include part-refurbishment of the existing school.
The construction work will be phased with the existing school remaining occupied concurrent with construction and therefore a high degree of Client liasion, traffic management, dust control, noise minimisation and access management is required.
